It took us a while to decide and agree upon the house plans. But I think we have it now. We're only building the first floor for now. Can't wait to see the final quote!!
We came up with that design but this is John's drawing - we decided to keep it simple! The first floor will consist of 2 apartments at around 500 sq feet each. Hoping there is a rental market. The second floor will obviously be 1,000 sq feet of another contained unit which is intended for us to live in eventually. It will only be 1 bedroom.
Nice! Lots of patio space. Is that a design and drawing by John or is that your own? How many rooms on the first/second floors?
